Process

Each piece of my handmade jewelry is completely unique because of the volatile nature of the hot glass process itself. In any given piece, you’ll find a spectacular depth of color and texture due to the glass pigments, which I combine by hand. The process is time-consuming and painstaking—the glass is fired, lapidary cut, ground, and polished in a final firing. Because each piece takes on a slightly different size and shape in the kiln, I create a custom sterling silver setting for each one, adding to the lasting strength and durability of my work. Gleaming silver frames the rich depths of color and texture in each glass work of art.
